Daddy's Racing Experience!

Here's all of us decked out in our ISU gear. It didn't help us to win the game though.

Today we went to the Kansas Speedway to watch daddy drive a race car around the track. Mommy got him this gift for their Anniversary.

Daddy coming in after his 8 laps. Daddy said that the cars were not very comfortable to sit in. The paper's that daddy got said that his top speeds were 150.

Playing Outside

Yesterday we got to play outside.

Kendall really like's my swing. I have become a big girl and swing in the big swings now.

Mommy bought me this new hat, so now I have a hat just like daddy's.

I always want to hold Kendall. Mommy tells me to be really careful all the time. I sometimes think that I am a big person and can just carry my sister around. Kendall is getting so big, she can sit all by herself and she army crawls as daddy calls it. She has crawled normal too, but she prefers to army crawl.

To the Lake!

We went down to the lake with the Whisner's this past weekend. We all had a great time. We got to go out for a boat ride.

Kaylee really seemed to like the water. It was so nice and warm in the water.

All three of the girls worked up an appetite after swimming.

Kaylee is such a great big sister she just loves her little sister. Some how Kendall got in this tunnel all by herself. Kendall is so close to crawling.

We went to the doctor on Monday for Kendall's 6 month checkup and she is 15lb 3oz. She is a pound lighter than Kaylee at this age and she is 1/2in shorter, but with all that said she is getting so big so fast. I can't believe that she is already 6 months old.

Welcome home Papa Roethler!!

We went up to Iowa this past weekend to welcome Papa Roethler home from Canada. He was so surprised to see us. We also got to see everyone else when we were up there. Great grandpa Fisher got to hold Kendall.

We went out to the farm and pick sweet corn and Great Aunt Becky took me out to pick cucumbers and a few tomatoes.

I also played with mommy's cousin's little girl. Brooklyn is 5 years old and I really enjoyed playing dolls and coloring with her.

Great grandma Roethler even got to hold Kendall.

Kendall is getting so big on us. She is so close to crawling, she is getting up on all fours and lunging forward. Before we know it she with be all over the place.

We celebrated Papa Roethler's Birthday when he got back from Canada. We took him out for Mexican. They gave him a shot of Tequila and made him wear this silly hat as Kaylee calls it. Happy Late Birthday to Papa Roethler.

Clifford the Big Red Dog!

Kendall is getting so big. She really enjoys her exersaucer. Yesterday we went to a Clifford the Big Red Dog exhibit. Kaylee had so much fun. She got to work in a store. She loved playing on Clifford the big red dog. She played the drums. Then we went across the street were there was a fountain water park. The water shot up really high and you could run through the water.

This was are attempt to get Kaylee to put a Dora Tattoo on, but she never put one on so Kendall and Mommy put them on.

Yesterday we went to a park with a pond. Daddy Played on the play set with me.We swung and went down all the slides. It was really hot out so the slides were pretty warm for me to go down on.

Daddy and I had so much fun playing together.

Then we fed the ducks. There was a duck with a flock of baby ducks.

As usual Kendall fell asleep.

Busy 4th weekend

We went up to Iowa for the 4th of July and on Saturday morning we went to the parade. It was really hot out, but I got a lot of candy. Then Saturday night we went with Papa and Grammar Roethler to the fireworks. Both girls really liked the fireworks. We are starting our fourth week of potty training with Kaylee. She is doing so good. Kaylee got her first experence of going potty outside. She had to go really bad at the fireworks and there was no potty around. So mommy had to hold her and she went right in the parking lot. She thought this was so cool. She also went potty off the front of Papa's boat. I guess when you have to go to have to go. We also got to visit with great grandma and grandpa Wilson. We just wanted to thank grandma Wilson for cooking us a wonderful lunch. Here is great grandpa Wilson with the girls. Uncle Korey put a snake tattoo on Kaylee's arm. She wasn't to sure of it at first, but after a little bit she was showing everyone and she wanted to see everyone else's tattoo's. Now she want's mommy to find a Dora tattoo. This was on our way home from Iowa. We had to stop and take a potty break for Kaylee, so we put Kaylee's sunglasses on Kendall.
